callout heads printing blue?

What could make the callout heads print blue, when everything in under the Annotation Object Styles is set to black? Someone I know is having this problem. I looked at my program, and while the heads show as blue on the screen, everything is set to black, and everything prints black, as it should. So why would his callout heads print blue?

If it is really happening, then probably the section head is blue in the original component. Because nothing else would make sense...

Look at Printer Settings dialog. Make sure that "View links in blue" checkmark is off.
