Printing Problem

I have an old HP330 plotter ar home. I can't get it to print any gray scale in Revit.

Any solutions?

(prints gray in all other programs)

check the printing color's in the apereance option to printer default
u have, black and white,16colors, 256colors or printer default
then u must chek the printer driver in windows
