losing objects

i get a trouble rendering for some of my works
sote times parte of floor object's disapear when i render the image
not always happen with the same file
in my attachement the left balcony miss the floor so the sun pass to level 0 not shadowing
any one get this before?
one of my client get the same in a completley diferent work
but always is a loose of "floor" that we find in the final image

In the settings for rendering, try turning off "view culling" and "back face culling". No guarantees, but it does work in some situations.
