Parking Slot Auto-numbering

Hi Guys,

What is the best to do to indicate the auto-numbering on a parking (slot) layout? Anyone can suggest / help?

If I had to take a guess I'd say Dynamo. The hard part is how to get them to sort as you'll need to X,Y,Z location to match up to the list, then sort the l list then apply the numbers.
At least that's my thinking of it.
Or there's this method.
