Can someone remind me how to filter my window and door schedules to only show upper level and lower level in separate schedules.
Thank You.

Add Level as a column in your Door or Window Schedule. Add Level as a Filter on the Filter tab of the Schedule Properties. Set it equal to a specific Level. Duplicate the Schedule View for each Level, changing the Filter to equal a different Level in each copy. You can make the Level column a hidden field on the Formatting tab, if you do not want to see the level name repeated for each Door or Window in that Level's schedule.

Word of warning/caution...
Depending on how you've modeled those elements, you may need to verify that those windows (or doors) are associated with the correct level.
If you were using copy and paste aligned, you may not have gotten the exact results you wanted.
Hence I usually assign a Mark value to them that's consistent with the level I wanted it scheduled on (ie 1001, or 2004) and filter by mark begins with 1 or 2.
Also if you have levels at say landings or other odd ball spots, you may want those included with Level 1, but it's associated with level 1.3 or something.
Just food for thought.

Phil, I initially incorrectly read your request as "show upper level and lower level", and skimmed over the "separate schedules" part.
But, if you DO want multiple levels in your schedules, you can also filter by Level and "is above" or "is at or above" ditto for below.
