Perspective problem

I have a two story house model. I can create a new perspective view anywhere inside or outside the house, but cant create one on the second floor. when I select the perspective icon from the drop down I see it everywhere but on the 2nd floor level. Any ideas would be appreciated. I did an audit on the file.

Not quite sure I understand what you're seeing (or rather not seeing).
Are you saying that you have your Second Floor Plan open, invoke "Camera View", and the resulting view is blank?
