Coarse Medium Fine line weights all the same

How do I correct the Coarse Medium Fine line weights. All three are 'coarse'. Thanks

Course, Medium and Fine does not change the weight of lines it only changes detail level shown in views for cut objects. Walls in course will show only the 2 finish faces. Medium will show the faces of all layers in the wall. Fine will show all hatch patterns associated to layers.

You can however edit the line weights based on scale of the view using Manage/Settings/Additional Settings/Line Weights.
