Frozen revision annotation on sheet

Guys,

We receive a file from our subcon and the revision on revision on sheet tab was frozen see image below. Anyone can assist to unfrozen it?

Assuming that's from the "Revisions on Sheet" dialog box, you can't un-check it for one of 2 reasons.
Either that revision sequence has been set to "issued" so you can't un-check it until you un-issue the revision sequence.
Or there's a cloud from that revision sequence on the sheet or in a view on that sheet. Set the sequence to show cloud, window the entire sheet. If that doesn't work pick on the light bulb and then window the entire sheet. If that doesn't work, then do the same thing in the view that on it.
