Get selected drawings to show up in the generated drawing list

How can I get selected drawings to show up in the generated drawing list. Saw you set up the entire project but only want to show a schematic design set in the list.

Not sure if I totally understand but each sheet has a check box to show in list. so simply UNCHECK those sheets you don't want to show in the list.

It does? Where is that located? I opened up the schedule and I dont see a check box.

It is located in the Properties Palette. You can also add a parameter to the sheets that you can fill out and filter by.

As Joshua Khol mentioned.. on the properties palette....

You could also add a shared parameter for Project Status or something like that.
Or what we tend to do is filter the schedule by volume, and just have an Arch Volume and an Arch - Not Included. Then you just need to flip them over to the "issued" volume.
We also tend to have a "Sheet Index Parameter" so we can set a date and show it in a matrix to track every sheet in the project and when it's been issued.
