Wall - Floor detail

I have attached an example of what Building Control require at the ground floor & wall connection.
I have went through several wall creation and floor creation tutorials but they always show a simple floor or wall.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have 20-25 years AutoCAD experience using 90% of it from Parametric & Dynamic blocks to Autolisp using custom fields etc, with an unhealthy dash of solid works. lol I am currently learning Revit and I intend to produce my building control drawings with REVIT

Create wall, add a wall footing, draw a slab, add slab edges.
Model the geometry and then add detail components to show everything else.
