Rendering dpi

I work with Revit 2015 but I have problem with rendering in 300 dpi. My file is 13 mb and it has only walls, floors, windows, stairs and tress from revit library (no external objects). I tried to render in 300dpi (but 17000x9000 pixels) and it just closes the window without explaining why. Even when I draw only two walls, it does the same. I tried also to render a part of the image (300 dpi - 9000x5000 pixels) and it started to render but it stoped at 15%. Does anybody know how to fix this?

What are you system specs?
Could be lack of Ram, Lack of Processor, Graphics Card.
