Revit importing wrong Linked CAD FIle

I am linking CAD files in to a Revit project. Everything was linking correctly until I started getting a message : At least one instance of this exist. It could be invisible because the link is unloaded... etc
When I clicked yes, Revit brought in a different CAD drawing than I clicked on.

I double checked the file location in my explorer and revit. I am 99% sure I am clicking the right cad file to link...

Anyone ever run in to this?

I had multiple cad files with the same file name, but in different file locations in explorer. I think that this was confusing Revit, I updated my file names in explorer. Once I gave them unique names, Revit linked these correctly
