Is there any possibility to make area schedule like this? (see example in attach). Horizontal area names, vertical levels

At first I thought no you can't.
But you could if each of those Area Types (Departments) were their own parameter. Then you could do it.
Otherwise I think I'd be looking at a Dynamo solution exported to Excel. Doing this in one step would be complex but might be possible.
Or a Export multiple sets of data to unique sheets via Dynamo. Say a list for each department sorted by level.
Then in your final sheet link each cell to data from the previous sheets.
PowerBI might be able to help you out here as well.
