cannot acquire coordinates from a model with multiple named sites

Hello,

I have a project where I have received an Architect and Engineering Model wherever I want to acquire coordinates from the architect model. Normally I do not have a problem with it, but this time, Revit reported the error "cannot acquire coordinates from a model with multiple named sites".

I can not find anything on google about this, so I hope there are some of you who can explain the problem?

It means that the model you are clicking on to Acquire Coordinates from has more than one Named Location defined in it. If you open that file, examine the Location, Weather and Site dialog via Manage ribbon > Project Location > Location button. As long as you're only working on a copy of the original file (assuming it isn't yours) you can delete all but the Current Location and you'll be able to use Acquire Coordinates on it.
