I am not finding a way to save my RVT file down to an older version of Revit. One of our other offices uses Revit 2015. How can they open my files?

Unfortunately, you can't . Revit save is like a one way trip in terms of compatibility with older versions.

2015?
2019 was just released this morning
If you install 2019, you may not even have a valid license to run 2015 anymore.
Why use a 4-year-old program?

When you upgrade and get your license for 2019 (which should be released in the near future) you wont' have a license for 2015 anymore.
The upgrade from 2015 to 2016 was fairly painless.
Going from 2016 to 2017 and beyond might be depending on which font you're using as a standard.
That said......
From what I've heard at conferences and what not, Autodesk has a way to do it, but it'll cost you.
Also if you want to hold on to one or 2 seats of a 2015 license, ask your reseller. You can get them but you need to ask for them.

But I agree with DaveP, Why not just upgrade it.
2015 was so.....2015.
