Wall wrapping doesn't show when walls are made into Parts

I have made a series of walls into Parts with the intention of creating a setting out plan for use on site by the block layers etc.

When the wall is broken into parts, the wrapping at opening doesn't show any more and so adds the wrapping thickness to the Core wall. When we are adding dimensions to a typical plan in Fine view, we dimension to the block opening.

I have attached a couple screen shots to show what I am on about. Any help with how I can keep the opening the same in the parts view would be much appreciated.
