Is there an express method of converting an entire project, (20 sheets+-) to dwg?

The Export command gives you the option to choose as many (or as few) sheets and views as you would like to export at one time. You will find the option to select and deselect Views and/or Sheets under Export >> CAD Formats >> DWG. Then change Export: to <in-session view/sheet set> and Show in list: to All views and sheets in model (or just Sheets in the model). You will then be able to check/uncheck whichever views or sheets you wish to export/convert. You can also save the list if you will need to export/convert the same items at a later date.
