Vertical Drawing Title

Hi Guys,

Is there any possibilities to create a vertical drawing title that the line can also be stretch? See attached image.

Looking forward any suggestions/tricks.

Perhaps you will be able to achieve what you want from this link: http://revitrecess.blogspot.com/2015/04/rotated-viewport-title.html. Stretching the viewport title line using the method explained in the link wont work.
