Summary: Would like the ability to pick two levels to merge into one.
Description: Sometimes we have an occasion where a level is accidentally created, copied or carried over from another model and items get modeled in relation to the incorrect level. The ability to merge one level with another would be very helpful in these situations, especially when consolidating facility models.
