Which direction is the X Axis?

In the F1 Help Document, I found two place talking about the axis direction , just as the images below.
But they are not the same direction!!
SO that, I want to know , which color is for the X AXIS, the red or the green ?

By the Dynamo, I think the red color arrow, and the east/west direction, is for the X AXIS,
So, what you think?
