Dimension Style with Arrowhead Next to the Dimension?

I'm trying to create a dimension style, but I can't quite figure out how to do it.

I'm looking for something like this:

But all I can figure out to do is this:

I don't want the dimension line to go all the way to the orange line it's dimesnioning, just a manually placed line/text near the wattage mark I have.

Here are my dimstyle settings (with "place text manually" selected):

It seems I need to switch which side of Dimension Line 1 the arrowhead is placed, but that's not an option, wah wah...

Any help would be great, thanks!
