When working with BIM 360, should my MEP consultant link an MEP model or work all in one file with worksharing?

Shouldn't matter if you're in BIM360 or on your local server.
The question should be how big is the model going to get and how many people need to make edits to it.
9 times out of 10, the number of people in the model over-rules the file size (at least where I work).
If you're going to have more than 10 per model you want to split. In reality I'd say morel like 6 active users.
If you're files size gets over 500mb you would want to split them as well.
In my mind it's better to start with separate models than it is to split them later.
