i know i can get a floor in a round shape but not the shape i need. and with modyfing sub elements i don't get a smooth sufrace.

Not sure what you're actually trying to achieve (I don't know where the highs and lows are supposed to be), but one hack I've seen was to draw the slab with straight lines or make it a rectangle and then used an In-Place Void Mass to cut out the curve.
I've seen this done a lot on Roofs where you know where the low spot is, you know where you want the ridge line and you don't care where the highpoint really is (it's tapered insulation, it all tapers at the same slope) so you'd draw a square, set the low point by modifying the sub elements, and then cut out the perimeter with an In-Place void.
Hopefully this helps.
