Tricky Herringbone Patt file - Need urgent help.

Hey all, I tried making a butted herring bone patt file and just can not seem to make this work. Its a tricky one. I also tried on the Autodesk forums, had quite a bit of help but I think this beat us all. I'm about to hit the booze on this, its got me beat.

Ive also tried pyRevit and Hatchkit, they cant seem to make it.

Anyway here is what I am after, and need some help if possible.
