Tool Palettes can't find

I am trying to get my tool pallets for, Kitchens, bathrooms, plumbling, parking, etc., and can't find them. I have walls, windows, doors but cant find or load the other ones.

Have you looked in the content browser(Crtl+4) for those tool catalogues? or are you using custom palettes that have been created by yourself?
