How can I identify in my door schedule, which room name/number each door belongs to? Each room I have created is one unit in a multi unit building. All internal walls for each unit have been set to non room bounding.
This means that only the entry door to the unit will appear when I use either the "to room" or "from room" fields in my door schedule. In other words, I want the doors that are internal to the room to be identified in my door schedule as well.
Thanks

We typically include the unit number in the number of the door.
For instance 201 D14, or 304 D09. That way we can filter the individual door schedules accordingly.

Do you do this manually by editing a piece of text in every door tag?
What happens when a door is part of a group (typical unit) that is copied throughout a project?

On multi-unit projects I will typically only assign a door number to the unit entry door and public area doors. Per Chris's suggestion, those doors are tagged based on the number of the room they swing 'in' to. eg 214A, 214B (if the room has two doors). I also like to label my exterior doors as the room or corridor number they emerge from with an X suffix to easily identify them as exterior doors.
All other doors are 'typical' and would be tagged as door types. Create a new door tag that uses the TYPE MARK parameter instead of MARK. Then in your schedule you can list them as Door A - Closet , Door B - Bedroom. This also allows you to filter the schedule by Type Mark and only list one occurrence of the typical doors. Leave it up to the sub-trade to count numbers.

Both great suggestions. Thanks for your help.
