Secion Line not showing up on any plans when created.

The file being worked on is a template, hence some of the section lines were already given. But when creating a new section line, it does not appear at all on any plans except the basement and roof plan. Only way now to create a section line is by copy pasting the existing ones. Please help. I have checked the phase filter, the setting of hiding at scales coarser than etc., and toggled the "Reveal Hidden Elements", and still, I cannot create ANY section lines.
