Scaling 3D images on sheets

I'm having trouble enlarging the 3D images on 30 x 42 sheet to a larger size. I'm fairly new to Revit so I'm sure it's something simple. Thx for your help!

I'm not sure that I fully understand the question but the visual size of items in a view is controlled by the scale of the view itself. You would have to change the view scale in order to "enlarge" the items within the views that you are placing on sheets.

when in 3D view I don't see "scale" option at the bottom like with plans and elevations

it's not there in "perspective" (camera view)

To enlarge a perspective view, select the view by its edge (i.e., crop region), then on the Ribbon use Size Crop and use the Scale (locked proportions) option.
