Summary: Let me place a decal anywhere - not just affixed to a wall
Description: I often have to use them as background images or for reflections in windows when rendering.
I don't have to have to place a bunch of walls for them to be inserted.
Or let me render a background image + sky - so the windows can reflect the image AND the sky / clouds.
