I recently upgrade to 2019 Plant. I migrated my project from 2015 P&ID now when I insert Instrumentation call-outs I can't change the Type or Loop number (see attached screen shot) I used to have an pull down list for the type. Am I missing a setting or did something not come across in the migration? I inherited this project from someone that set it up who no longer works here and there is no one else to ask in the company. Help Struggling for answers.
