Synchronizing issue

Any one encounter this issue? Our team working on one project cannot synchronize. See image below for reference.

My guess is the editing request. If you have a loop of them somewhere along the line you'll have to work backwards to resolve it.
But that's based on your image.
If you have someone trying to work across the WAN you can also experience these types of issues if something times out and hangs the central file.
Just my 2 cents.
We've told users never to use Editing requests due to all the issues it causes if you don't resolve them. And typically something will flash on the screen, the user doesn't see it and just ignores it. That was usually the crux of the problem.
