Is there a way to have a double underline in either dtext or mtext?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there isn't. You can draw a second underline but that's not really the same, is it? A thought I had but don't have time to explore is that it might be possible to make a font with double underlining built into it.

I don't know how to do that in Word, but if it can be done in word you might be able to copy it in word & paste to mtext. Dtext definitly won't work unless you have a code to activate it for a special font.

Dtext can't be formatted. Multinline text uses format codes to apply formatting and there isn't a code for double underlining. You can add it as a wishlist item. You might use an mline and manually underline it.
ps. If you went the font route, you would have to duplicate all the characters, but with double underlining. You can't just apply underlining. The program takes care of altering the font with formatting properties. Its not built into the font, which just describes characters.

That's what I meant. Personally, I don't think it'd be worth it.

Wouldn't you want to create a font with a single line under each character then apply underline as formatting? That would mean reducing the effective height of the characters.
