Anyone have that old parametric (corinthian?) column with the elaborate capital that scales according to classical proportions lying around? Thanks in advance.

I've got a doric column that Andy Gockel(andrewg on ZBB) created that's parametric down to about 8'-6" (correct proportions). I can email that if you want it.

The one I was looking for was the one that was discussed at AU a little bit that flexes to the appropriate radius to maintain the correct proportion at various heights...is that the one? It should have a fluted capital on top...that is what I was looking for...the capital...if anyone else has it or something similar, please email to gca*do not spam me please*shen@sbcglobal.net

Sorry Greg, I have a nice Tuscan column, but not the Corinthian. If you do get ahold of it please post it here.

Thanks, and it was nice to meet you at AU.

there is a corinthian column in the italian content.
don't know if it's parametric in that sense though...
shouldn't be a problem to make it parametric if you need it, at least I don't think so.
If you don't have a link to download it tell me and i will send it to you.
ciao

I'm working on a Doric and have had many problems getting everything to flex properly for some reason. Is yours still available and can you post it? (realizing, of course, that you made that post two years ago... )
