I'm dealing with a project that was originally started with North facing down. Who knows why. The model is oriented that way, we have a DWG site plan imported in that is turned around that way and everything. Is there some quick way I could rotate everything 180 degrees without having to go through and make sure every single element in the entire project is selected and trying to use the rotate tool?

Short answer No. You could set your true north settings to 180(tools>locations and coordinates>rotate to true north), then click view properties on each view and change it from project north to true north

Hey there,

I have not tried this in version 7 yet; however, in 6.1 you could select to shown your crop region and then select the region and rotate it 180 degrees. This did not work in earlier releases of 7, but I noticed that a newer build was available a few months ago which fixed the rotate crop region. Will that work now?

Good luck
Steve

bye the way, one of Revit's Golden rules should be to alway draw the first plan with "project north" up. That way, you can rotate to "true north" later when tied to a site plan which usually shows "true north". (It is hard to do the opposite for some reason, going from true to project north)
