PLEASE HELP! Fascia by sweep on a complex roof

Hey all

Working on creating a fascia by sweep on a complex roof.
However I can't seem to figure out why I can't get the sweep to join nicely in the corner.
When I tried to create a similar shape with an in-place-mass, it worked but I would like to input the model as a fascia sweep.

Attached is a .rvt with the roof and sweep.
Hope someone can help me...

Also...
If you look at the .rvt model, you'll notice that the roof is entered as 2 separate roofs, and in some places the edges don't even line up. (pic 1) I don't intend to find a solution to do a "clean" sweep here, its just not possible.

But I am keen on finding a way to get a clean corner sweep when
a) the roofs are entered as 2 separate elements, but the edges align/are connected. (pic2)
b) the roof is entered as 1 element (pic 3)

I wish there is a way, at least for case b)....

Is it just impossible when the roof is complex like this?
