Osnaps while modeling structural members

Hi, my osnaps don't seem to work while modeling beams. Looks like they are not available only while doing the beams. They won't show either when trying to edit the beams with grips. I'd loke to be able to snap to some reference geometry, is it possible to have the snaps work with the structural beams?

Structural elements want to locate themselves where Revit thinks a structure should go, which is often different to where the user might like it to go.
Structural elements snap to other structural elements, such as the centroid of a column or the centerline of a wall when you sketch a beam. Look at the status bar to know where the pointer is snapping.
