Open with Links Unloaded

I searched before i posted this. I know there is a way to do this (open a model with links/worksets turned off ). Its been awhile since I've done it I just can't seem to recall how we use to do that.

If your links are assigned to their own Workset(s) then you can click Options in the Open Dialog and choose Specify and the Workset dialog will open before the file opens. Choose a workset to close and then open the project.
