Replace extrusion

Hi all,
I want to create a new louvre from an existing one and am wondering how I can change the extrusion of the louvre blade. Can someone explain to or point me in the right direction to look for it in the help/tutorial files? Thanks.

Edit the extrusion profile in sketch mode in a view perpendicular to the extrusion direction.
