adjust individual stair tread profile

Hi all, first post here. I hope this hasn't been covered elsewhere; if so, I couldn't find it.

I am modeling a stair, railing on one side and wall on the other, the bottom tread of which wants to 'wrap' around the adjacent wall. At this tread, it would extend past the corner of the wall (see attached image).

In other words, in plan view its profile would be different than all the others which are captured between the stringer on one side and the wall on the other.

Possible?

Using stair by component? Convert and edit sketch and draw 1st tread as desired.
