Alignments that begin and end on the same alignment

In the pic you see my driveway/parking centerline will begin and end on the same alignment (street in north).

When I create the alignment it creates a Parcel. Is there a way to make this stop?

I know I can put the parcel & label on no display but I would rather not have parcels that aren't relevant.

Don't put the alignments in a site.
