I'm about to throw my computer out a window. Yesterday I made a vector .pdf and inserted it into my Revit project. Was able to scale it properly and the line was actively turning blue and was snap-able for dimensioning. Today make a new local and go into local to continue working and while I still get blue active lines for snapping in the .pdf but I can't do any dimensioning now. Yes the snapping box is checked in the property window.
