Revision Schedule - How to manipulate format, appearance?

Hello there,
Hoping someone out there knows how to get into the guts of what drives the text, space, alignment format of the actual revision data (vs the headers etc).
I have a revision schedule on a sketch (TB), I didn't create it but seems to be set up ok.
The revision text isn't centered and has lots of space around it, and it is creating issues.

I can't find what controls this. I looked into all the formatting controls I have and the "text style" that it is using.
I've tried fixed and variable height, doesn't help.

Somehow I need to control what happens in the revision data cells, all I can see is what text style I can assign there.

It's the same feature set as a regular schedule except available in the family editor and titleblock families. To get the fields, Sorting/Group buttons > Select the revision schedule name in the Project Browser then look in the Properties Palette, you should see the buttons.

Yes thanks Steve, I did find that.
The only controls I seem to have is the "text style" for that data. I don't know how/where I can control the other properties. The title and headers yes, but the data, no.
I can't find any settings for formatting that controls this.

That is odd. Compare your settings against a stock template and titleblock for differences. The row height is derived from the font chosen and since we can assign a font from those we use for text and dimensions there might be something in the text style configuration.

Thanks Steve, that did help a bit. I wasn't the creator of the revision schedule that I was dealing with (not that I knew any better).
There wasn't anything odd that I could find with the font being used and I tried assigning other fonts which didn't help.

I did, however, create a new schedule and picked a different font, matched the other settings and properties and it works great now.
There must have been something else screwing it up that I couldn't detect.

Yes, that seemed to be what was controlling it.
The properties of the text style was causing my issue and by changing it fixed it.

That's all I know about this due to trail and error.
