ODBC Export Problem

I have exported ODBC to Excel spreadsheet and I have some strange numbers. If I look at "Rooms" tab in spreadsheet, the area numbers of rooms don't match the area numbers in the project file when I look at room tags. For example, spreadsheet area for a particular room shows 28.6534558005545. If I select the room tag or look at the room schedule in the project file it's 308 SF. Perimeter numbers have the same problem.

All values in ODBC export are in metric. Use conversion functions in whatever app you are viewing the data to convert to the units you like. We had to do this so that people developing applications that use the ODBC did not have to write different versions for each units system.
