2018 Plant 3D - Spec Components won't insert into model

I have an issue that I've never seen before...I've built a HDPE spec and when I try to insert the flange adapter, I get nothing...no errors, nothing. I've tried several different ways to insert the component, but get nothing. If someone knows why this is happening, please let me know. I've attached a screen shot showing my spec items

Do you have the matching lap joint flanges included in the spec? IIRC, the stub ends are inserted when you insert the flange, not typically inserted by themselves.
