By default, when adding bearing footings, they center on the concrete wall above which is not the typical preference in the field. Is there a way to offset my bearing footings from center to favor the inside of the foundation?
Thank You

Yes you can, you tweak the "Eccentricity", normally it's zero when centered, but you add + or - values and it offsets the center of the wall.

You can also look at a retaining wall footing where you can define the toe and the heel.
Just another way to think about it offset footing.
