Hi all,
Havent posted anything in a while. This is a bedroom/dressing/ensuite renovation.
Revit and Accurender, no tweaks, mods, just as it came out.

Very nice Marty.
I like the wood grain in the bathroom. Very convincing.
How did you pull off the blanket and pillows to have a more natural shape?
They're not square!
Also, what books are the owners reading at night! ;-)

Very nice Marty !! ( reflections and materials working well )
The "pass-through" between bedroom and ensuite is .... interesting.
Where do you find these classy clients who keep a couple of MacIntosh chairs in their bedroom ?

Thanks Les,
The bed comes from www.e-interiors.net B&B Italia range. Books probably anything by Dan Brown, actually they look like text books yuck.
Beegee, house is on the coast, nice view over the 'launch' from the bedroom! The 'pass thru' is the raised spa bath to gain the view thru the bedroom. A sliding frosted glass panel separates the two spaces when needed, but is shown open, over the polished black granite wall panel.
I am taking the client through an 'arts dicovery' process at the moment, hence the Macca chairs. I have realised though, that it is bad form to have two. They were originally designed simply as a location to place 'the masters hat and gloves'!!! ('master' I like that!!)
I made the Macintosh chair from scrach in Revit, let me know of any of you want it.

What percentage do I increase my standard fee by, to take the client through an " arts discovery " process ?
( Having decided to use an Architect in the first place, they must be high up on the arts foodchain. !! )

hey Guys,
Here ya go Skis, Charles Rennie Macintosh's Hill House chair.
View it in fine lines, chunky, well, ............it looks chunky!
Use it at will, but do post what you do with it here. Also we need more good models, get inspired.
Beegee, all part of the service, (hourly rate!!!). You are right, the client has discovered that appreciation of excellent design is the only true indication of class.
