Summary: Give the ability to resize all of the dialog boxes.
Description: The New Note Block dialog box cannot be resized. New Schedule, Type Properties, Visibility/Graphics Override are some of the dialog boxes that can be resized. Not allowing the New Note Block box to resize makes the selection of the annotation family difficult, Some family names are very long and it becomes a guess as to which family has been selected.
