Revit 2018: Wall behavior With and without insert, what is the cause????

Hello there, I am using 2018 Revit, when I insert door or window on a wall, the wall hatch pattern distorts as shown inthe attachment. without any insert the hatch/Cut pattern shows correct. I wonder what is the reason, this happens with any type of door or window insert.

I figured that those walls having this problem are somehow corrupted, while no other indication/warning by Revit, I deleted those walls created newones and the problem is gone.
I still want to know the reason so that I dont have to keep tracking for the error and recreating all walls with hosts cut paste exercise. Anyone??
