Well I have been working on a project in Bim 360 for a month now and when I came in on Tuesday, I go to open it up and it is grayed out now. I think someone deleted my workshared monitor for 2019. Do you think that is the problem or maybe someone took me off the list? Thanks for your help

What was greyed out? Workshare monitor (which doesn't work with 360 projects) or the project you were looking to access?
If it's the project, typically I suggest you just log out of your adesk account and log back in. That usually gets the wheels turning. If it's still greyed out, I'd try to go to the web Hub. If you have access to the hub, and you have a license for Revit Cloud Collaboration, you still have access.
