We are having a problem with a student version of Revit getting to open a project in 360. Is that possible? All our other machines are fine but that is with an actual seat of Revit. Trying to problem solve here. We tried to download the real 2019 on her machine and said we could not and to talk to administrator. Is it possible that we need to get rid of the student version first? Thanks for your help

Not that familiar with the student version, but I thought you could just switch the license file to be a user based license.
Are you working in an educational environment? Typically bad things happen when you start to mix Student Version with Educational Licenses with Production License?

It appears that access to BIM 360 is not included in the student license: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-support/bim-360-design-student-license/td-p/8329979.

That said, I agree with David that accessing production files with a student license is not a good idea. Regardless of functionality, if the user is doing production work, they should be using a production license.
